Sundial Theatre: Coronavirus Update

Full Statement

Following the advice to avoid non-essential contact with others, all events that were due to take place August have been postponed.

We hope to support our community of clients, customers and staff as best we can though this time. We are currently in the process of contacting any clients who had an event booked at the Sundial during the coming months, to agree the best way forward. We will confirm the outcome on an event-by-event basis to customers who have purchased tickets.

We recognise that shows beyond this time may be postponed too. We aim to inform our customers as soon as we can. Currently, these events are still available for booking.

As this is a constantly evolving situation, we will continue to monitor the advice given and will post updates where applicable.

Our team hopes to bring you the same schedule of events as soon as we can. Please take care and we hope that you can support us by coming to the Sundial for our future events.

Refunds Policy

(for events postponed as a result of the government advice as of 17/03/2020)
  • If you have booked tickets to any of the affected events, your ticket will still be valid for the rescheduled date. 
  • If you cannot make the rescheduled date and let us know 24 hours before the event start time, the value of the ticket will be refunded in full
    • This refund may not be inclusive of any booking fees, as these are charged by TicketSource, the third party we use for online ticket sales
