Jacob Gregory

Jacob (They/Them) has been involved in theatre since they were 15 years old and possesses nearly 8 years of theatre technician experience working in a range of roles: Progressing from stage crew to a range of stage management positions and, in recent years, has been honing their skills as a Sound Engineer and a Lighting Designer and Programmer.

During their attendance of Royal Holloway, University of London, whilst completing their English and Drama BA, Jacob was deeply involved with a student-lead and department-funded theatre company, The Student Workshop, and helped run their platform for original work entitled Midnight at the Boilerhouse for 2 years. They also co-founded an independent theatre company during their second year which debuted a production at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2021 to rave reviews. In 2022, they attended the Edinburgh Fringe with Black Hound Productions as the Lead Technician on the creative team behind their flagship performance: Seeds of Memories. In their short run, they received numerous 5-star reviews and went onto a successful Southwest tour.

Since joining the team in late 2022, Jacob thoroughly enjoys being a member of the amazing team at the Sundial Theatre, and is deeply fulfilled by the work they do every day.
